The Olive Tree suite is the latest addition to the Three Palms, completed in July 2019, and has direct access to the swimming pool, bar and gymnasium, with stunning views of the Mediterranean coastline to Estepona and beyond. This is the largest of our rooms with a king-size double bed (or twin bedded) plus a full double size sofa bed and can accommodate up to four guests.

The Olive Tree room has full height bi-fold doors affording uninterrupted views and is adjacent to our bamboo deck area that abuts the 400-year-old olive tree that inspired the room’s name. Perfect for soaking up the sunshine with panoramic views spanning across the port of La Duquesa and the local town of San Luis de Sabinillas.
